Almost Done with first Cycle of Test E

I drink about 5 shakes a day and then pretty much eating chicken breast all the time and I just snack on a jar of almonds.it seems like I’m always eating something. It very well may not be the best gear but it has added 40 lbs to my bench press.

40lbs to your bench press on a first cycle is a joke man especially at your hieght and weight your nutrition honestly sounds very just random. I’m not trying to be a dick but, you wasted your first cycle. Honestly I hope your gear was shit that way when you figure out how to eat and train you will get a second chance. In less than 6 months my total went from just over 1000lbs club to 1400 November. 4 week break and 8 weeks later im looking at damn near 1600 total. Something your doing is off man whether its your gear or training your wasting time, potential, and money.

I did a dbol only cycle a couple years ago, yes I already know that was a waste of time to do oral only. I’ve only been on test e for 2 months so I have another month yet. I also wondered about the gear not being that good because I haven’t showed any signs of side effects. If I find out the brand of my gear am I allowed to post it on here or is that against the rules?

Yeah that’s against the rules. There are boards that allow this and are specifically for that type of thing. However with out proof it won’t hold much water with the mods. However just because your not getting sides does not mean its bunk.

Post up what you eat on a average day.
Post up how you train each week.
Post up pic of before and now.

So I did some research and it’s Possible that it’s fake. I’m going to Look into it more. But if its fake what should I do? Continue on it or just stop and take pct. If it’s fake does it mean its under dosed or just some garbage I’ve been pinning

if its fake does that mean the dosage is off? I weighed my 250mg/ml amps and they weighed anywhere from 2.39 up to 2.47.

Really 5 protein shakes a day? You really should try to get most of your high quality protein, carbs and carlories from actual food! Where is all your carbs coming from? I normally take a protein before bed, and right after a workout. Even after a workout with a shake I still have food with it.

I don’t really eat a lot of carbs. I drink that Many shakes because it’s easier for my schedule. A lot of times I work 6am to 4pm and barely have time to eat a meal. I don’t get a lunch break because we do a lot of driving sometimes.

And the protein shakes I take are the dymatize protein. It’s like 24 grams of protein and 130 calories. I was thinking about starting to get some mass gainer by optimum whey which is like 600 calories a scoop. But I didn’t think I needed to up my calories. I haven’t tracked my calories but I’d say I’m Getting at least 3000 or more calories a day.

you could easily double your caloric intake and still be in shallow waters when it comes to diet. And you need to get the bulk of your nutrition from real food, yea protien shakes have protien but much of it is simulated. protien form natural sources is needed as well, and I would say much more then simulated or biproducts.

i’d also like to add that I got blood work done before I started my cycle and My (testosterone, serum) was 476 ng/dl

Thanks I never knew this. I mean I knew you can’t live off protein shakes because you can’t get all your vitamins and nutrients but I didn’t know the protein wasn’t the same. I know I should be eating at least 400 grams of protein a day but it’s really hard to get it all from foods.

I’m no expert, but if you’re trying to put on weight, what is your fat and carb intake like? Sounds like you’re just not eating enough.

Also, have your testicles atrophied at all? I’ve been told that’s one way to know if the stuff is working. You could also get a blood spot test and send it in to see where your levels are on the cycle.

How old are you? 6ft 190lbs and only 3000 cals probably isn’t gonna do much for you. Find out what your caloric maint levels should be and make sure you exceed them by at least 500 cals/day.

I’m sorry, but what exactly is ‘simulated’ protein? I know a lot of big guys that have gotten more than 50% of their daily protein needs from shakes alone, due to work constraints.

Yes they have atrophied. Where can I get this blood spot test at. I don’t really want to go back to my doctor and ask for another blood test.

I doubt your gets fake you just messed up by not eating properly.

If your balls are shriveled then you’ll need HCG to kick start them. Clomid won’t have much of an effect if the testicles are still shut down. Did you run an AI on cycle? Always a good idea as estrogen is 200x more suppressive than testosterone.

How long was your cycle? Personally if it was only 10-12 weeks I’d keep going for another 10-12 and shove some food down your neck.

Then do a power PCT.

2500iu HCG eod for 8 shots.
Nolva 20mg day from the first HCG shot till a week after the clomid.
Clomid starts the day after the last HCG shot. 100mgs a day for 21 days, 50mg for 7 days.

That should see you on the road to recovery.

For your next cycle I recommend you eat some food.

I did not do well with “typical” PCT protocols.

What worked well for me was a taper. Look up Prisoner 22, he has a bunch of info this.

well i know the stuff I have is fake because of the expiration date and other things. im assuming its just under dosed because it has done a little. my buddy started a test cyp cycle 3 weeks ago and eats way less than me and has gained about 5 lbs so far. he even points out all the time that im smashing food compared to him. I even recently just added optimum mass gained which is like 600 some calories and 25 grams of protein a scoop and ill take that for breakfast and before bed.
