All Show and No Go

Lol on the blue moons, hadn’t had any brew for a few weeks before that and they were really tasting good!!!
Squats have come a long way in less than 2 weeks time. Just look back at the first vid we shot…
Just remember to stop and smell the roses along the way and don’t panic over what is not perfect yet. Enjoy the journey…

Mim First I hope you get things figured out and are back to high energy soon. Ive got crazy energy, wish I could give you some. Yes the squat rep is tuff stuff. But it will get me closer to my goals …

Dude Im still thinking of the potato skins with the BBQbeef on them…they were sic washed down with the Blue moon. Hehe had Filet and oatmeal for breakfast :stuck_out_tongue:

I know, i don’t think i ever had anything like that. They were friggin amazing. Can u freeze some and ship them overnight!!! And with the ice cold beer, making me hungry…

Bench

45/10 60 3x8 but went 60 for 8,9,10,8 I know that counting thing so 4 sets

Incline DBs 4x8 15s,20s,15s,15s added a couple reps on 3rd set…

DB shoulder press 3x10 15s last set i had to take a quick pause to get it done.

Circuit 3x12 2 min rest between rounds

db tri laying down version 10s + that last set was a trembling mess. Oddly I loved it.
DB row 25s
lat raise 8s no rushing
DB curl 15s second set only got 8 paused grit my teeth and nashed out 2 more,I rushed the rest in between rounds and it caught up quick

Why does it look so easy when I type it up? My arms were on fire today.Had a little of the ugly face, grunt and up going. I felt like I could keep the weight moving but it wasnt happening a couple times. Was trying to drink and it was going all down my face…

I gave it my all!!!

AB work, felt the hanging leg raise from the training…

1x15…1x12 :frowning: arms fatigued hanging L kick out type with a hold out

alt barbell and my rollers on knees alt grip width, felt these in delts good too wow

oblique mason twists knuckles touch alt
10#,15# didnt count just started twisting when the burn was too much i dropped and picked up the next weight…obviously smiled on the drop of 15 but not on the 10 haha

vups with10lb ~~ was gassed by these 2x25

started to go for more but came to my senses…great burn Ill be sore.

Oh in between did inch worms…usually 8

A lot of hard work going on in here. Two thumbs up.

Im trying to get that mind muscle thing, but its a little tuff for legs…dont really have much hamstring or quad so I flex but nothing happens haha…patience.

…well when i look at the upper work Im like ok, no problem, but somehow not before long I realize it is brutal. the ab work (which Im already feeling this am) isnt planned out, i just go with it for my energy level at that time.

I have legs today and really wish i had eaten a buncha carbs with dinner, really helps with legs day…

YES so im not sure how I forgot…I feel empty this am so Im having a cup of oats with a scoop of protein for breakfast. My appetite has been way up so Im feeding the beast.(I hate feeling hungry) Im glad I dont have a lot of foil work today, holding my arms up is so hard.

leg curls 3x8 50/50/50 → last 3 dropped to 40

Those looked very good. Probably time to add another 10lbs and try for same number of reps.

UP for starters I appluad you for squatting and filming yourself doing it. Your back squat form is solid, maybe try and bring your elbows down under the bar more. Point them at the ground.

In your front squat the bar is coming forward in the hole. This is bad, You need to keep the bar back on yuor shoulders and moving in a strait line. Try a different hold, Like lay the bar across your shoulders and cross your arms. I.E. left hand on right shoulder and right on left. or just force your elbows up in the hole so the bar stays put. Press it up against your throat.
