Also 1 mile run post L11 - varied speed, got under 9 mins, wasn’t pushing hard, something to build on.
Running on approx 2 hours sleep today after two calls outs the last one at 0400 was on a beach front, might be unpleasant levels of sleep, but not a bad place to start the day:
Finished the shout and went straight over to the other coast for an early surf, 2 hours of solid surfing, quite a battle against the current and a decent trek to and from the beach. Surfing skills are starting to improve, I might even be at beginner level now!
Rest of the day doing jobs, a fair bit of walking, lawn mowing, physical stuff.
Just finished being busy around 2030, hit L11, then a 2km row (10 mins), and then this:
Very happy with the commitment to dig in and get it all done today.
Post WO pump:
Not the best condition I’ve ever been in but certainly not the worst, time to change!
Been away for a few days, camping at a church festival with the family, funny enough there was a bit of a gym there, didn’t want to abandon the family for gym time, but did end up having a muck around with a young lad from church, they had sandbags 40, 60, 80, 100kg (well that’s what the markings said but definitely under), did a sandbag mess around, culminating in a loading race, hit all 4 bags in 21 seconds (young lad did 3 in 26 seconds, which was a solid effort he’s not big), then some pull-ups and an attempt at a muscle up (got elbow up and felt like I’d injury myself beyond that, young lad did actually injure himself grinding one out).
Good fun, will be getting some stuff done this week, probably just ad hoc, trying to figure out some sort of get away, and got some fostering stuff going on, so won’t get back on a specific program until that’s out the way.
Bit of breakfast fun, 4 double yolkers:
Whoa!
4 in a row!
A Trillion to 1 shot!
It’s your lucky day, get out there and Gamble!

Good job with whatever any of this actually means
More specifically, I have no idea what a Teddy Bear squat is, and also don’t want to know.
