feel like I should’ve been able to work up higher on the DLs, the volume sets moved super fast, I feel like I could’ve knocked out 20 reps with that weight . . probably a form issue

I was playing with thumbless grip with thumb on smooth and thumbless grip thumb away from smooth yesterday. I like neither one of them but the extra compression from thumb on smooth was nice. I know my push press is either pinky on power ring or thumb away from smooth. I’m pretty sure all this changes if my elbows feel terrible or if I’m using sleeves. So you might just need to play around and see
Thumb doesn’t even feel like a real work now that I’ve used it so much in that above
