AI's: Arimidex or Letrozole?

  Greetings to everyone, I am new to the forum, heard a lot of great things about T-Nation so thought i'd give it a shot.

I just wanted to know if anyone can help me out in which one of these compounds you think is better in regards to befits of estrogen blocking and additional benefits…

Arimidex or Letrozole ?

ANy feedback would be helpful.

i have never used letro, but as I understand it it is very strong. I personally run .5mg of adex every couple of days and it works great.

Adex is less harsh and probably better for a first time user.
