That’s actually a great TSH, need ranges for fT3 and fT4. I would expect to see TSH elevated if rT3 was high, but not always in secondary hypo which is a pituitary failure.

If you need a doc that will prescribe you 200mg, do it over the phone and are willing to pay $150/month my email is in bio. There’s about a gazillion others out there that will do the same.

Some people say that you should never use AI and that there are no side-effects with high estrogen but I call that bullshit.

I get gyno, loss of libido, bloated and other high estrogen symptoms when my estrogen is at the same level as yours (which quickly goes away once my estrogen goes in the 30 pg/ml range) so I would advice you to start use an AI while you increase your testosterone (if that now becomes possible).

125 mg Test E E3.5D with 25mg Asin E3.5D.

I have tried much lower doses with daily injections without any AI but I aromatize like crazy and get gyno right away even with very low doses.

I did use Nolvadex to reverse my gyno before but not using it anymore since I have dialed in correctly.

You’re using an AI that blocks estrogen in many parts of the body that need it so you don’t get estrogen to your breasts instead of using a SERM that blocks it at the breasts only. Got it.

I don’t use AI only for gyno, SERMs are good for preventing/reversing gyno but it won’t fix other high estrogen symptoms.

I asked you why you used an AI and you said gyno. You didn’t mention any other symptoms. It’s fine I don’t care. You do you. If you feel good then who am I to tell you what to do. I know I personally used an AI for a while because of what u thought were high estrogen symptoms. After crashing E2 twice I stopped and realized much of what I thought was high E2 was in my head and I actually felt better after a while with higher estrogen.
