Long time lurker here. Never set up an account before. I’m compete and have 6 or 7 cycles under my belt. I recently made the decision to switch to a blast/cruise protocol as I was tired of the Yo-yo of PCT and wanted to become more competitive.
Now here’s my question. I cruise on 250mg of test, 250iu of hcg twice weekly and have had some difficulties dialing in an AI usage. In the past I always kept adex on hand but rarely used unless my nipples were getting too sensitive. I started my cruise with no AI and after 2 weeks or so noticed a drop in libido.
Research turned up e2 as a major factor in libido so I started using adex. I started at .25mg e3d and libido returned quite high then after a couple weeks lowered again. I bumped it to .25mg EOD and saw improvement for a short period before libido dropped again and I started getting stiff joints.
I’ve found adex very difficult to get a dosing schedule that keeps me in the sweet spot. I’ve read some users on here have a preference for aromasin and was considering making the switch.

Sit at. Everybody is different but I cruise at 250mg with hcg 250iu 3x a week and with adex at .25mg my e2 is 9.4 pg/ml. So I now take adex 2x a week and puts my in the mid 20s

I’ve just had similar things happen untill now I’ve cruised with no AI… I’d say most weeks 100-200mg of test… No HCG either most of the time… But when using HCG 250 2x per week. My E2 has always been around 25-29… Felt fine though… I recently tried .25 of Anastrozole EOD and noticed lebido really dropped… That or with the winter bitches just got uglier Untill my next labs I wont know whats up 4 sure… I did notice a bit of tightness in knees recently but wasnt sure if that was old man winter father time or me just being a bitch… On a side note I like HCG but man its expensive my new doc is all about clomid they sell me HGC if I want it but its high… So I trade smaller nuts for HGH now… I’ve seen HMG online for good prices any of you guys tried that 4 trt or pct?
Sounds like you over respond to adex, lots of guys do.
I’ve been on trt for a few years, but I also blast and cruise.
Adex made it near impossible for me to to balance e2.
With no AI, e2 always got to high, 2 small doses of adex and
e2 was crashed.
Switched to Aromasin and use @ 25mg/100mg test. Always keeps me
where I need to be, no crashes, controls e2 much better ime.
I buy the generic version from all day chemist.

Thanks for the suggestion I have some arriving today and I’ll be making the switch. I’ve done a ton of research on the two over the past week and it seems fairly common that some people don’t tolerate adex well.
