Ah What the Heck, I Need Some Help

girls from iceland are always gorgeous. There are 3 graduate students in one of my classes from there and all three of them are just complete knockouts. I have no idea how our professor can concentrate on teaching.

Himora-we all know that as a 16 year old, he will grow, but we all want him to grow by eating good quality food, and not processed shit that most teenagers eat.

If he follows diets and routines on here to a T, he’ll be the shit come college

I agree wih you 100% but what dose that have to do with anything I wrote and where in this thred has anyone said anything about nutrition?

i meant, if he follows some of the diet plans found within this site, not this thread. There’s all kinds of mass building diets throughout here. All he has to do is seek, then he shall find.

Again I agree with you about nutrition. But let me rephrase what I was trying to say.

TnT dont get bigger for being biggers sake. Get Bigger for being strongers sake. Your an athaleat and that is something I think a lot of ppl forget about, this is NOT just a bodybuilding site. Its for strength training, power lifting and what not. To me that is more important than looking good for the ladies.(not that there is anything wrong with that) So thats all I was saying strength is far and away more important than the way you look.

And b4 anyone says anything. yes I know this is the 'Rate my physique" thred but sometimes arent there more important things?

And TnT I dont know what you do to strengthen your grip but look for 'Captain of Crush" grippers they work great and the come in 50lb increments up to 350. Turn your meat paws into a vice.

Anywho TnT you look great keep it up

Thank you for the compliment and advice. For grip since it is highly key in wreslting I use rope climbing, sands bags, and just regular crunchers. I agree that it is not just the way you look that is important I have seen very many guys on the mat that are skinny as a string bean, who turn out to have mad grip and are strong as a bull. Though yes I would like to get bigger to enter in a bb contest because I heard the trophies are effin huge.

Thank your also for all your advice. The artilces on this site are very good, and bulking as I’m in baseball might not be all the bad might give me some more ass to put into the ball. I’m sure wrestling will shred it back down, Thank you for the compliments and advice and taking the time to rate the physique.

I wish I looked anywhere near that good when I was your age.

I was going to highly disagree with you. However you did say to keep the old shorts. I second that. I have a pair that snag on everything. And I’m not really sure of my point. Save your money, that’s my point.

Anyway. I’ll give you the same advise I give everyone.

Pick a goal. Size or Strength. Not both. Just one.

Then go for it.

Also. If your not making progress change your routine to something new. Anything new. Just something you’ve never done before. I cheange mine every 12 weeks minimum.
