I don’t even know who Hooker is. My only point was that AR wasn’t demolished by you in those humorous debates of old. You may be completely right about everything else.
It is hard to believe a person is the professional and the expert they claim to be when they behave like a child when they are contradicted on a forum.
I can see where some of AR’s theories come from, I can understand his logic, but two things come to mind.

Theories are nice but without research, tons and tons of research, everything is just anecdotal and “theoretical”
