A 6 mile run with 20 or 30 burpees every mile, or perhaps more frequently, would be a really good analog to the Spartan.

Tactical Barbell has a workout like this in TBII. It’s based on time, rather than distance, which is something of a motivator to get the workout done quicker so you do fewer burpees, haha.

For completeness sake, log entry for Monday 4/20:
Recovering from trip. Over 2 hours walking, throughout the day - alone, with wife, and with whole family.
Step tracker shows 15k steps which is pretty high even for me i think.
