What advice are you looking for?
I love your username by the way.
If my macros are optimal. I also forgot to add I eat 5-6 times a day. And 70% of my protein comes from protein powder
Optimal for what? You haven’t stated any goals here.
Oh yeah my bad, my goals right now is just a recomp
How old are you?
Why did you choose Anadrol to stack on Testosterone?
How long do you plan to run Anadrol?
Planning to run anadrol for 8 weeks injectable version and Anadrol is just good and I’m 22
I know nothing about the injectable version of Anadrol.
I do know that we considered Anadrol a “wet” AAS. The injectable version might not tend to retain fluid as much as the oral. You might not like the puffiness associated with Anadrol, but a tight control of sodium intake can help quite a bit.
Are you cycling Testosterone? 22 years old is a very young age to turn off your natural production of testosterone with no plans to turn it back on.
I don’t like the word “recomp” and it is most likely because it is very difficult to lose fat while you gain muscle. AAS helps this happen, but it is still difficult. I competed before the word “recomp” existed. I just tried to get stronger without getting fatter. Both of those metrics are measurable.
Dude 22 is perfect age. And the water retention from anadrol comes from elevated Aldosterone. Wich it can be countered with an aldosterone blocker like Ehplerenon.
It is very much possible to gain a ton of muscle while losing fat on AAS. You just need a few thing
That is the age that I started taking AAS. It is hard to disagree without coming off as a hypocrite.
You seem to believe you have all the AAS knowledge to achieve or approach your goals.
Granted your thread only asked for diet advice for your selected AAS cycle. So that is all I will address for now:
I ate 6 times a day
I would recommend reversing that to 30% protein from protein powder, though I do know that today’s protein powder is many times better than it was when I was competing.
300 grams of protein is sufficient
I never ate that much carbohydrates when I trained to gain muscle.
I wish you the best. Would you like to post a pic so I can see what you have accomplished thus far?
I see I see awsome thank you. I eat 500 grams of carbs as it help me stay full on glycogen and I run insulin from time to time. But sure
You have some nice round muscles. You should do well with more time under the weights.
Do you have any desire to compete in Bodybuilding?
Thank you and no I just want to look good
Seems more like you want to look massively muscular.
Yeah bro it would just be sick walking around 200 pounds + with a 6 pack
