i need some advice
I am doing 350 of test e , 350 of npp and 400 of masteron. I started everything on August 29 except the npp which I added on September 6. I have been having swollen and itchy nipples for 2 weeks, then for 2 weeks I added nolvadex but it is not helping, the nipples are less sensitive but the gland is still swollen (I feel a little ball) . If I take off npp and do 500 test and 400 mast? would I still have gains? I don’t think it’s worth continuing with npp

If yes, did you have similar symptoms?
If you didn’t have similar symptoms, what were the AAS and the dosages?
If this is your first cycle, drop the testosterone and npp down to 200mg/wk. And keep taking the Nolvadex.
I would think lower dose Masteron would be okay. Between 20 - 30mg/day.
Dosages are mostly size, weight amd experience dependant. With no pics how can we know where do you stand now.
Umm yeah. You could do NOTHING (100% natty) and still have gains… is it worth having gyno and continuing to blast though?
Get your blood test done asap and figure out what your estrogen levels are at. May need to use an AI or prami but you don’t want to start popping it if that isn’t the issue. I got permanent gyno from one cycle and it flared up long after I was done, blood tests are the only way to actually diagnose and solve the issue.
Since he is using a 19-Nor (NPP), he should get prolactin looked at as well, since that can be a different pathway to gyno.
