First time posting. Was just wondering if I get some advice or criticism of my diet and cycle. First the cycle;
Week 1-2 1000mg test enanthate
Week 1-6 50mg Anadrol
Week 1-10 deca 300mg
Cycle history;
1st cycle just test
2nd cycle test dbol
3rd cycle test dbol
So this will be more 4th
Tdee aprox 3229
I’m eating 6 times a day totaling 3826 carbs 298 fat 55 protein 299
I’m 6’ 239 lbs 20% bf 30 years old
None of my friends work out so 8 have no one but my supplier and the Internet so just trying to get some opinions
