Actually I take Procore Advance now. One of the best proteins out there. The only thing thats scary is I keep putting on size and getting heavier but dropping in bodyfat and getting harder and i’m not retaining water. Only time will tell I geuss. Stone dragon I have tried for one week. Strong stuff. taste is not so good. I will see how well it works once the off season comes. But I am always willing to try other things
