OK, so Rainjack thinks someone 165 and three years isnt good enough to be here, what the fuck ever…4 years ago I was at 165 and 8% BF, i worked my ass off and made it all the way to 169 and 5.5%in 4 fucking years. Was I lazy…NO…was i ripped, YOU BETTER FUCKING BELIEVE IT, but i was fucking scrawny!
So throw in a 12 week cycle and instantly I’m 182 today. Next I’ll be 192 in 16 weeks and 6%, and fucking feeling on top of the world… so come on down Rainjack and tell everyone who is working their ass off trying to gain to go fuck themselves.
Yeah you gotta eat…like 6000 calories a day on, and you gotta work your ass off everydsay to make it happen, but thats just what this game is about. You want to know what else a lot of this advice is from people who dont know shit as far as I’m concerned, but a lot of it is good as you will find out.
So since Rainjack is too good to give out any pointers, Here’s what I did (and keep in mind it is totally against a lot of opinions here):
1-12 Sustanon 600mg/week
1-8 Deca 400 mg/week
8-12 Tren 50 mg/ every other day
1-12 Nolva 20 mg/day
12-15 Nolva 20 mg/day
15-17 5000iu HCG 1/week
15-18 Nolva 10mg/day
I reached 187 at week 12 from 169 then fell to 181 at week 15. Added HCG for PCT and stabilized right there. Dick works fine, even though the DECA DICKHEADS on here wont tell you that as long as you drop the deca before you stop the test and then kick back into gear with PCT to get your natural Test going again …get your blood work done before you start and watch you blood pressure, get all your gear and read up on it, you’ll learn some of it the hard way.
You can also get depression issues, so if you think you are prone to that you might want to think about seeing doc about something for that, I can assure you it sucks if you let it creep up on you and you don’t know what the fuck is happening. But then AD’s also kill your dick too. Its not a perfect world, so I guess nothing is free.
I loved the Sust/Deca/Tren and i can assure you that when you blow up in the gym from about the first 6 weeks on, people will suddenly get the fuck out of you way and you will get some respect that you never got at 165. Plus everyone wants to know how the fuck to do it!
Just remember Creatine, Arginine and a lot of food is the best answer I found when asked. So in repsonse to Rainjacks smartass 165 and three years, tell him your gonna come kick his scrawny little ass in about 3 months when your squatting 600!
