You might consider running a little test for variation when you have access to your scale frequently. Weigh yourself (for % body fat) every couple hours throughout the day. Record the percents and see how much variation you get. Also, test for repeatability by weighing 3 times every time you weigh. See if those 3 readings are close.
Your % body fat will not change much is a 16 hours period, but your hydration will.
I might not have an aggressive enough opinion for your liking. But here goes:
I believe you are taking plenty of AAS to add muscle to your body (total lean muscle).
I see you want to run the cycle 16 weeks. How many weeks are you “off cycle”? I believe that you should be “on cycle” more than you are “off cycle”, but I used closer to 500mg/wk AAS and ran shorter cycles. I felt that I was getting diminishing results after 8 weeks, so if the cycle wasn’t for a “targeted” contest, I would run my cycle 8 weeks. Then be off 4 to 6 weeks, and then back on AAS.
I always used orals, but only up to 20 to 30mg/wk, the full 8 week cycle. I know very few people on this forum consider this as safe, but it is what I did.
You might try running your next cycle with Tren instead of EQ. I never liked EQ for muscle growth, but I didn’t take anywhere near the dosage that you are taking.
