Is it possible to be fertile by adding hcg to my trt. Trt was around 50ng/nl before therapy at age 29. Been on 200mg (1cc) cypionate weekly for 3 years. New doctor (ive been through 3 already) says i can stay on test and add 1500iu/2 times a week and see what happens. Any chance i become fertile with this? No sperm as of 3 months ago but some found during testicular biopsy just not enough to freeze. Trying not to get off cyp because last time i did my t levels plummeted again.

If needed Control estrogen by lowering dose of hcg and/or testosterone
