Adding 30 mg TBOL to 180 mg TRT

Hi, I have been on 180 mg/week trt for about 3 years now. I have had my nutrition and training dialed and have seen good results. I have a trip to Florida coming up in 5 weeks and have TBOL on hand and am thinking about adding 30 mg of TBOL per day until I leave. I am not expecting a huge change but thought it might help. Would love to get you alls opinion, thanks. I am 37 yo currently 210 lbs and ~20% bf.

why not anavar? tbol is kind of a waste of time

Only because I already have it, if I got var what are your thoughts on 50 mg a day with the 180 test/week?

Does no one start with lower doses? Maybe after 20 cycles or so, you get to feeling that you need as much as 50mg/day of Anavar.

That’s why I’m asking. most things I’ve read have said 50.

I would run 50 split dose, that is actually what im doing currently, you can run as low as 10 a day if you’d like but 50 should do the trick

This requires more explanation for me to make a recommendation.
But here is my philosophy about using AAS.

  • I prefer it be used by competitors, which means that they have noticed that they have fairly good genetics. (I entered a Bodybuilding contest before I started taking AAS.)
  • Start with low doses. (A low dose of Anavar with TRT would be 20mg/day)
  • The only reason to use AAS is to cycle them. That is, each cycle builds upon gains made the last cycle. (some now cycle “Blast” with “Cruise”) This I exactly what continuous process improvement is. That is, you make incremental improvement each cycle. For many years, I started the next cycle stronger than I started the previous cycle. When this plateaus, that is a signal to increase the AAS dose, or add an additional AAS to your “stack.”

You are late into AAS cycle process improvement, being 37 years old, but I believe my philosophy still holds.

What do you think is going to happen in that 5 weeks? AAS don’t burn fat directly. This stuff is not magic. It’s clear by your stats that something is off in your diet being 20%bf.

holds even more at that age, once you are nearing 40’s health and longevity should be a priority and not crazy cycles your body cant handle at that age.

I’m not expecting a miracle or for it to shred fat. I am already recomping well, lifts are going up, loosing about .5 to 1 lb a week and have tbol and was thinking it could add to what I’m already doing. I’ve run cycles when I was younger so this is not a first.

You can add it. Here’s the issue. You ask a question and give 0 context other than your high BF and going on vacation in 5 weeks. To me that says i wanna look good for vacation because you haven’t given your goals.
If your happy with what your doing why do you want to add it in? If your lifts are going up as you say then why would you add in additional drugs?
