I started looking for things to add eggs too instead of the adding things to eggs. It worked for me.
For example…i put fried eggs on my sandwiches. I fry s few up in rice. I put them in burritos i make. On pizza. Anything really just to boost the protein and fat.
During any diet though I literally gag down a few hard boiled.
Or…I make an omelet with bacon, beef, broccoli, spinach and cheeses. Practically a zero carb meal there.
If you can do spicey add sriracha. That shit’s awesome.
Pepper usually. I’ve had them scrambled with onions, spice and cilantro leaves. Sunny side.

You do. Holy hell its good.
I usually do 3 lg eggs with 5 egg whites, then add crushed red pepper or try adding salsa, or sriracha (hot chile sauce) or try ketchup.
cherry tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, mustard, cayene pepper, tomato Ketchup and balsamic vinegar, parsley, chopped tuna steak and avocado… yummy!
