Actors, Athletes, and Influencers on Steroids

I will say that when I got below what I skin fold tested 7% that I had entered into the feeling like garbage whenever I wasn’t sleeping, eating, or training.

This thread actually reminded me that I’ve not watched a movie for a looong time lol.

I’m gonna say that no one knows who’s on roids, as in Hugh Jackman could very well have been on lots of stuff in the first X-men, and only on double a normal TRT dose with mostly androgenic stuff in the one where he went back to the past. It depends on the type of roids along with a proper training and diet plan.

Seriously. Go try one of those now-banned designer prohormones which were Superdrol derivatives if you don’t believe me. Stuff with Methylstenbolone or something like that.

For him, and others with more muscle to a certain extent, I’d just say that “are they on roids?” and “can a natty achieve such a physique without roids?” are two completely separate arguments.

You’re not going to get as big as The Rock but Hugh Jackman’s ripped physique in the aforementioned movie is very much attainable depending on genetics and DIETARY knowledge and commitment.

Oh, and I read the latest Thor movie reviews after reading 2/3 of this thread and I’m glad to see the fellows on the extreme ends of the spectrum are still going at it. All I’ve watched was the latest Bond movie and it bored the fuck out of me but Rami Malek’s performance was fucking mindblowing. Went and rewatched the Queen biopic and ended up just skipping to the music portions. He really wasn’t suited for that role. It wasn’t about acting abilities. It was about looking like Freddie Mercury since every bloody thing was just a recreation of their stage performances.

This is what happens when you give a dude accolades for PC purposes. No one expects to be blown away be a REAL thespian level performance later. Similar to the roid thing. Fuck it. What’s the point? Noobs will either think they can’t reach Hugh Jackman’s level in the later X-men movie and get upset when it’s pretty fucking reachable, or start roids prematurely to reach it. The latter can juice themselves to the gills and still end up looking like Hugh did in the first movie.

EDIT:

Ok I’ve watched some scenes in the new Thor movie. Da fuck? This isn’t Birds of Prey bad. Haters too young to get the Masters of the Universe (cartoon) nods lol? The title design was a dead giveaway.

Same here. I also felt sort of insane. No, I’m not lying.

I know this is off topic, but I found the comforting time other than eating, sleeping, or training, was reading. I found it difficult to find any comfort watching TV, or getting interested in the show.

Ok, sorry to be sort of random, but I have been thinking about this a lot lately and I am curious about what others may think (?)
In terms of female influencers, on Instagram say, are there a high number of these insanely strong chicks that are also taking steroids?
I remember back when I first started lifting, I was in awe of Laura Phelps. I saw a video of her squatting 500lbs or something and it was incredible. I thought maybe she was on steroids and it wasn’t a secret or anything, but the other women I found over Instagram who weren’t were maybe hitting 315 for reps or what have you.
NOW, I see TONS of women on Instagram repping out over 400++ pound squats, and I just think, how?!
I saw a video of a girl casually repping 485 for a set of 4.
This is much higher than the videos I used to see, even like 5 or 6 years ago.
I could easily believe that a woman could naturally get to over 300lbs and be repping it, absolutely.
But, it seems to me there are a very high number of women who can rep well over 400 and that seems a lot more suspicious.

I can tell you from personal experience that squatting 315lbs is not a crazy accomplishment for men, but it absolutely is for women. Having trained in commercial gyms for ~15 years, I can tell you I’ve seen exactly ONE female squatting 315 for reps - and she had the physique of a varbot (looked great mind you, but varbot nonetheless).

Var does wonders for strength.

I think this is actually quite unlikely. Most trained women with elite physiques (insta-type) will weigh roughly 150lbs… squatting 2x bodyweight is impressive for men, but for women? That is an incredible number. So incredible it makes me think they are dabbling in Anavar - which is rather easy to get and has subtle changes in physique compared to most other AAS (meaning women can still look feminine whilst being muscular).

I’d wager most women squatting more than 1.5xBW are on something - likely Var, Winny or Ostarine (not in that order).

Yes. The ones with the big hind quarters like a draft horse.

So all of them at this point.

Most likely.

I don’t think it’s sufficient (+plus any oral stack with properties that don’t cause a whole lot of clit widening unless we’re talking about stuff like Superdrol) for the average woman to reach strength levels that would be considered absurd. I wouldn’t rule it out, though.

I’m not saying these women aren’t on drugs. Being pro athletes, and me being a betting man, I’d wager they are. Everyone.

The point, however, or at least a disclaimer on my part, is that one needs to have the prerequisite genetics to both a top level athlete AND a very good responder to drugs, hence the disclaimer. The average woman or even one has the potential to get to elite level for a natty will not reach the level of the top untested ones if she does not have the second prerequisite. Hence the need for a disclaimer. If a chick is average and thinks she can reach that level with drugs, all she’ll get in the end is a really wide clit.

For example, if you tell me Kevin Levrone is natty -.

If you tell me he’s on <1/4 of the amount of drugs the average big roided gym rat who’s nowhere near his size + conditioning is, I’d likely believe you without question.

I’ve never used roids, GH or anything else, but, easily bigger and stronger than Hugh Jackman. Certain people just have better potential than others. I was 6’2” and 245lbs as a senior in high school. I could bench 405lbs and run the 40 yard dash in 4.85.

Many people thought I was on roids, but I always saw it as an excuse. Now I was never a bodybuilder lookalike or anything, but I think most high school kids would love to achieve those stats. You know what it took? It took working out twice a day (I did the much maligned Bulgarian Burst system. I did the modified 2x a day version instead of 3x), running sprints, distance and plyometrics. I also ate as much as possible. Sometimes I’d puke. Do all that (only possible in high school or college) and everyone will say you’re on roids as well. Hard work does work.

“Influencers”: (natty guy is a 154lb bodybuilder, 170-180 off season)

What?

The rock is 275lbs of all natty lean beef!

NaTtY

To end my joke… there is no fucking way Hemsworth is natural. Look as his initial transformation for the first thor film… great genes? Sure… on steroids… very likely. The guy is famous and makes money through having a good physique

He isn’t drug tested, isn’t an athlete and has every possible motive to be using…

He yoyos/fluctuates upwards of 30lbs from film to film (and gets leaner/stagnates BF% as he gets bigger)

UgvBM8UXhlFuZkKiMN2kKUekWORWN6aBmnto9Y86WDY

the plot thickens

Does he consider TRT with a little HGH steroids? Who knows. Its certainly possible as he doesn’t have massive proportions, but I would still say he has some kind of assistance if you put a gun to my head.

I know a woman that I think over 300 lbs on the squat while natural wouldn’t be that difficult for.

She is a genetic outlier though, and I’d bet my house she is taking PEDs. I’ve in person seen her squat to depth 485, with a belt and knee sleeves, bench 300 lbs, and conventional deadlift 520 lbs. But I think without the sauce, she would be squatting close to 400, benching over 200, and deadlifting over 400 lbs.

Not to many women out there with a raw total of over 1300 lbs haha. Genetics and gear I think is the secret.

I think more women in the gym are on PEDs than we like to believe.

The barrier for entry for guys is:

  • do your own research
  • make a shady purchase
  • stab whatever substance it is into your body, knowing it will shut down your balls

The barrier for entry for girls is:

  • Having a boyfriend/husband that already knows these things and did all that research
  • taking a var tablet by mouth for 16 weeks

I’ll admit that the idea of injecting anything into my body was a huge contributing factor to me staying off the sauce for so long. Had it been as simple as ordering something and swallowing a pill, I may have been dabbling for nearly a decade at this point.

She has a better total than I do, and her bench is maybe 15lbs less than mine. She is FOR SURE on the sauce… probably has a higher TT than I do too.

I am nearly certain that but for my unwillingness to inject myself, I would have dabbled with steroids in my 20s and/or 30s. Now in my 40s and with a family history of heart issues, I’m grateful that the injections scared me off.

I find it implausible that a guy who is nearly in his late 40s to early 50’s manages to rapidly whip himself in and out of shape within 6 month timeframes, subsequently looking better than ever before… all naturally

What a load of shite

Zac Efron admitted to dieuretic use (but has almost certainly juiced before and put a gun to my head i’d bet on him currently juicing again)

These individuals can’t admit to steroid use… doing so would be career suicide.
