That is a whole lot of kettle bells.
It is! Thankfully I am now back home and will be able to resume my normal barbell routine. Although of course spending four days with just the kettlebell, and enjoying the challenge, makes me feel like I should use the KB’s a little more often than I have been lately.

Last workout of 2018! Got up to 555 and decided that would be as heavy as I went today. All three singles at 555 were solid though, so can’t complain. Happy (almost) New Year everyone!

It’s really admirable and neat to see you going about hitting 500+ as literally an any day/every day lift.
Thanks a lot, man, With the little guy getting more fun every day (but also soaking up time), the holiday madness and now the academic calendar starting (I’m teaching a class on top of my usual research load) time is precious so I figure that’s my way to be efficient - warm up quick and top out there for the day. I’ve been singing the praises of low-volume daily dose deadlifts for awhile now; may not be for everyone but sure seems to work for me!
This summer I’ll have to get you and @Basement_Gainz over here for some deadlifts and grilling.
I’d totally be up for that. I have some work to do on mine (and in general) but it’s coming together piece by piece.
