So hooray, I did press the 106 successfully with each arm. I’m not going to log it as a formal “PR” for now though, because I’ve let a few pounds creep back on and I want to keep myself honest in 2025 on the whole “lifting PR’s only count if I’m on weight” thing (for me, that being at or under 220 pounds). But it was a nice confidence builder to hoist the biggest ‘bell I own overhead for the first time.
