Good to see you still haven’t found your upper body. Looks like your recovery is going well.

Would like to pick your brain on my “anti statin” blood lipid/blood glucose mitigation routine. If this isn’t the place for it just tell me “no” haha.

Daily:
2g krill oil
2g lysine
3g vitamin C
2g citrus bergamot extract 80%
500mg injectable L carnitine
One tablespoon apple cider vinegar in water

Trying to do more cardio. Both LISS and sprints. This is everything I found research supporting that seemed somewhat promising.
