You know what’s really sick?
Thousands of people aren’t dying from taking supplements! Maybe they should keep their eyes on the drugs that they release to the public. This link here is from 2000, when the FDA were talking about supplements again.

The former FDA commissioner spoke out about supplements and how “dangerous” they were. “Congress has shown little interest in protecting consumers from the hazards of dietary supplements, let alone from the fraudulent claims that are made. … Nor does the public understand how potentially dangerous these products can be.”
And the FDA has shown little interest in protecting consumers from the hazards of dangerous drugs.
They’re right. Hundreds of thousands of people are dying from taking fish oil supplements like Flameout. In fact, it is so severe that 1 out of every 3 people taking supplements will die of supplement poisoning. Give me a break.
This is a repeat of the 1970’s when they tried to gain control over vitamins, and banned a drug that was derived from vitamin b-17 for cancer treatment, stating that vitamin b-17 was poisonous just because it contains two cytotoxins that were toxic to the body in concentrated forms alone. Concentrated forms of the cytotoxin, cyanide, is poisonous, but locked in it’s natural state it was
not toxic, nor was the other cytotoxin, benzaldehyde. But the FDA said it was simply poisonous and should not be taken for cancer treatment.
They didn’t tell the part that the unlocking enzyme Beta-glucosidase was the only substance that could unlock the molecule and release the cytotoxins, cyanide and the benzaldehyde, to the cancer cells; and with this unlocking enzyme you would in fact not become sick by consuming vitamin b-17 because Beta-glucosidase ONLY unlocks the two cytotoxins when it comes in contact with cancer cells and not healthy cells. Even if some of the B-17 is hydrolyzed by body or somatic cells, the very high concentration of the enzyme rhodanese in these cells converts the HCN immediately to relatively non-toxic thiocyanate.
I’m just waiting for them to do the exact same thing with any effective supplement and do a study on it in high doses and say that it is toxic, when maybe the only side effect of taking too much of the supplement would be something like cramps or acne.

FREEDOM TO TAKE/SELL NUTRITIONALS - BEING TAKEN AWAY
Take a stand, sign a petition, do not let this bill be passed. We will be giving up many of our rights, if this garbage gets passed.
http://tinyurl.com/2u7ghc is the link which allows you to send a
comment directly to the FDA about their deadly “Guidance”. Will it
matter? Yes, if millions of people respond.
Let our government know that we want to maintain our rights to stay healthy, without all of the harmful drugs that the ‘Big Pharmacy’ is trying to push on us.
Just think about the commercials that you see on the TV every day that tell you about how terrific this drug is or that drug is; followed by disclaimers, stating that the use of what ever the drug that is being pushed, can cause death.

I just received this email from a friend who is also doing nutritional for another company. This is not important. What is important is that are our rights being taken away from us? Are you aware of this?
