before anyone judges this picture. I do NOT know how to flare my lats. When I do pullups they flare out, but I can’t recreate it when posing. They’re not MUCH wider than you see in this picture or the next. However they do go down farther.

notes: Great workout. Felt like it took forever though, not sure how long I was there for. Highest ever weight on a set of 4 for flat benching. Had a great spotter too, that always helps.

notes: Good incline work. Good session overall. I need to lower weight on 3rd set of face pulls. Fine line between balancing and falling forward. Obviously it was too much weight at that point

notes: Deadlift, SLDL, Rows, Cleans, Front Squats, Push Presses, Squats, Good Mornings. First time 6 reps each, next 5, next 4, then 3, then 2, then 1.

notes: Nice triple at 290, and quad at 280 after hitting the aforementioned 290. The DB Rows felt like a good change of pace from bb rows. All else went good this workout too.
