I am thinking to start the first cycle with testosterone enanthate, hoping to go 250gm for first 2 weeks, then will go to 500mg, my plans are to hold this for 16 weeks, and then give it a gap for 2 weeks and start PCT, I am not crazy to go crazy bulk, rather would like to have some lean visible muscle.
But I also have some doubts, as per few forums I read few say, this cycle will increase testosterone levels in my body causing to shut down testosterone production in my body, and will remain irreversible, is this really that crazy or can I do some stacking(medication) right from start to simulate my natural testosterone production?
I might sound dumb for asking this, but can anyone please recommend me which type of syringes to use and should use mono-use or reusable(am complete noob with needles).
Should I take some fish oil or liver libid kind of products during the cycle? or testosterone enanthate is already mild?
And at last can someone suggest me some PCT cycle for testosterone enanthate please.
Doubts aren’t necessarily bad. There’s no way to tell if your natural production will bounce back for sure. That’s a risk you’re taking.
That being said, it will depend on a lot of factors.
How old are you?
What kind of shape are you in? You mentioned that you would like some visible lean muscle…Do I take that as you have a high BF percentage now?
What do your bloods look like?
Depending on the answers to some of these questions, you could be at a high risk for shutting down your natural production permanently. I’m not trying to be a doomsdayer, but you need to consider the possibility. You have to be prepared for the fact that if you start injecting, you may very well be starting the first cycle of the rest of your life.

Please understand EVERYTHING that you can about it, know exactly what your baseline levels are so you can determine tour personal needs, and consider all risks associated BEFORE you decide to do anything. This isn’t like trying a new pair of jeans. It’s you body chemistry your messing with man!! Lol
Sorry I forgot to mentions few details about me to start with, I am 29 years old, 5.5’’ height, I am 62kgs, I am working out from past 3 to 4 years frequently(5 days a week) may be some periodical short gaps perhaps, before I use to do judo which is from high school when I was around 14, I don’t have much body fat except for a bit of belly and love handles.
You are right, I do have lot to read and research I am still doing the same, my doubt was should I take some supplement to simulate my testosterone levels of body so I can “minimise” my risks of shutting down my natural testosterone production. After reading few forums, I decided to start bare minimum with testosterone enanthate without any stacking, so I dont have to deal with more than what I can prepare for.
I know, I am still taking the chances of risk, I am ok with that, but I want to have them properly minimised.
To answer your original question…a common pct is Nolvadex 40/20. Im not positive of this, but I don’t think there’s anything you can do about shutting down natural production while pinning. That’s just gonna happen. PCT is the thing that will help get you back going after the fact. Good luck!!

Lol…when I say I’m not positive, I mean that I’m pretty sure that your natural production ceases while you’re pinning, but I don’t hold a degree in medicine so don’t entirely take my word for it. Please verify anything I offer because I am still learning. Don’t take my word only as 100% tried and true. I’m just trying to offer help based on what I’ve read so far, not so much personal experience at this point.
