Hi to all,
i need to better understand the symptoms of gyno.
i admit i am a bit (to much) phobic, but i feel “strange” in my right nipple.
it itchs a bit and i’m feeling uncomfortable of that.
as “good” misure i added adex to my cycle (1/2mg ED. but i’am on day 4 and feel no improvements.
have i to wait more? how much? should i add nolva (perhaps 20mg ED)?
The itchiness you feel is a sign of the early stages of gyno from my own experience. If left untreated the area beneath the nipple becomes sore. But I feel that if you take 20mgs of nolva ed you should correct the problem before it becomes a problem. If the thought of gyno reals bothers you then I think the nolvadex is a must for you.
Recalling your cycle, 20mgs should do the trick.
Try not to stress to much about it.
It will only spoil some of the fun you are having right now.

do you think i need to add also the nolva?
adex can cause breast/nipple pain. It is side effect.

1mg of arimidex should do the trick. Nolva shouldnt be needed. With test E and winny there shouldnt be a problem.
Give the cycle more time and if the symptoms progress then add nolva.
Maybe Bushy can give a second opinion???
