Abortion Kills Mostly Blacks

Why are YOU apologizing for posting data?

I see it just fine. My point is, the only way it will stop is banning social science, and the diversicrats and activists won’t like that very much b/c they will no longer have any data to use. Then there’s the pesky 1st amendment that allows researchers to do research like this. I think you just don’t like the data they’ve assembled. Too bad.

Gee, OR they could stop using Race as some indicator of behavior and actually look at the issues that cause that behavior.

No girl I’ve slept with has gotten an abortion in relation to me. Clearly I need to act more like my race.[/quote]

I agree that we should stop looking at race as an issue. It is the only way to get beyond it.

PR is right though, that this would inherently do away with AA, quotas, and the little ethnicity blank on your college application (I always checked “other” since Scott-Irish was never an option).

It’s disconcerting to see a scientist use personal anecdotes for data. One would hope the policymakers have a more level-headed perspective on social science data than you.

I, for one, am glad he confessed his thoughtcrime.

For crap sake, is anyone suggesting that blacks are inheriantly driven to abort their children? No! But, it does lead one to look at laws, policies, and culture to see if there is some solution. I can’t believe the OP feels the need to apologize. This is stupid beyond belief. Don’t worry, I’m out of this thread.

Hmmm. This must have been why Prof. X got so uptight.

Wow, this needs basic explanation?

I would love to see a similar study contributing some negative social act or state of being to “white people” on a national level.

None of the rest of us on this thread thought that the study indicated that blacks are inherently more prone to kill their young than whites. I actually even stated that in a roundabout way. You thought that, which is why you got pissed off, apparently. You’re pissed off quite a bit though anyway.

Come on Doc.

Who is using race as an indication of behavior?

Race is entirely incidental to this and a 100 other related topics. They are just reporting the numbers.

As soon as the equal rights movement became an exercise in socialIST justice the die was cast and blacks were sucked into the swirling toilet of attempted legislated equality by force.

Liberal bullshit socialism, which has never and never will succeed in producing anything but a dependent underclass is the issue and uneven abortions in the direction of the bottom of the income scale of which blacks are disproportionate members, is a symptom, like all the other symptoms.

Nobody is that saying black people are once again showing their accelerated depravity by killing off more of their own children than other people, because, hey, that’s how blacks are. Nobody.

Blacks (many, not all) are being socially and economically (and morally) defeated by their misplaced faith in the very do gooder politicians they look to for salvation and all the rest of the problems simply flow from that that. Their blackness is incidental beyond the fact that their history in this country makes them an ideal prefabricated headcount for being used by these power hungry politicians that secure their futures with votes traded for with handouts.

Maybe if the individuals income range was also included. People would have a larger picture to look at. These researchers have thrown race right up front.

I have been in several studies. The question of income was in them all. All good studies cover all the biases. Lack of ability to raise a child is a major facture here. This is a bullshit study.

I’m sorry, but excuse me for not realizing how clueless you are. I DARE you to find a recent study showing some national crisis or social ill is related to White people in America that is significant enough to matter to many people. No one thought the article was blatantly saying black = abortion. It is the simple fact that minorities are related to many negative aspects of society and “the majority” either ignores it or acts like it isn’t an issue…meanwhile, no one is doing the same to “the majority”.

What do you think are the long term effects of hearing that those like you are constantly related to something negative based on skin color?

Thank you. Why are so many others blind to it?

Maybe not science, but there were a lot of news networks and politicians calling any white person that voted McCain racist.

Or comments about backwards rednecks clinging to religion and guns holding back the advancement of society.

I am not apologizing for posting it. I am apologizing for the appearance that it is a perpetuation of race baiting, which was not my intention. I believe that it would have been better served in the existing FOCA thread. The information I do not regret posting, just the presentation, because I don’t think it deserves it’s own thread.

I don’t think I could find one, but then again, most of the categories that people care about tend to be studied (crime, illegitimacy, welfare use), and those studies tend to show what you and I have been discussing. Interestingly, though, the studies always seem to rank Asians the highest in all categories.

Actually, here’s some data I found:
http://www.divorcereform.org/chilrate.html

The divorce rate for whites is worse than that of blacks and is increasing faster. Everyone already knows this, though. There are even television shows about it.

Were I to start my own study looking for data that made whites look bad, I’m pretty sure I would know where to look. For example, the gay marriage movement is mostly a white movement. I think it’s bad. Half of the rest of the whites think I’m bad for thinking this way.

Also, the leverage created on the bad home loans was done by mostly 28 year old white MBAs.

Hopefully, it would cause introspection. It would depend on who was making the claim, what the claim was, and what data they had to support it.

You need to be rehabilitated for your thoughtcrime.

I didn’t ask for OPINION. I asked for specifically JUST ONE scientific study relating some major national crisis or social ill directly to WHITE PEOPLE.

I’ll wait.

Because we’re racist against black people.

Come on Prof, you know why. The same reason why they are blind to the fact that studies like this and the title of this thread can piss certain people off. They are sitting in the position where they can choose to be blind to it. So they do and nothing that is said about it will even sink in their heads. You’ve been on here long enough to know better by now.

I hope you have nothing scheduled for the next 100 years while you wait.
