Press on the E2 issue. It can have major effects on:
energy
mood/depression
short tempered and generally bitchy
libido
how well your T works, E2 interferes with T at T receptors
where SHBG goes
socialization
analytical male vs emotional
fat loss
fat patterns

Elevated E2 will try to alter your brain patterns and like all good things, it takes time to create a mess of it.

Doc does not know, ask him for a trial of anastrozole to get to a normal E2=22pg/ml then you two can go from your response.

Do you think injecting 100mg twice a week (rather than 200mg once a week) will bring down the E2 slightly ? Thatā€™s my plan, and I am hoping it will, but we likely wonā€™t know if it does until next blood work which is in 3 months I believe.

Doc seemed to indicate that T ā†’ E conversion starts taking place more when T levels are abnormally high (>1100ng/dl). My hope is that 100mg will never spike me much over 1100ng/dl if at all.

If I start to feel these symptoms associated w/ high E the doc indicated I could try the AI. I am just not feeling these symptoms yetā€¦ The doc is just a phone call away, so weā€™ll see.

Yes, more frequent injections with lower peaks will help with E2 levels, but often AI is still needed.

Injecting twice a week will create steady FT levels and then importantly when an AI is used, it can be working against a steady FT level.

Try to always do labs halfway between injections to eliminate lab changes that are lab timing artifacts.
