small- as long as nipple is not over half the size of the breast
fake- as long as the fake are reasonable, 5 foot 100 pounds with double g’s are stupid

I would have to look up the definition of drug. Since I was just playing devils advocate I’m not going to. Mainly pointing out many people use things other than food to try and enhance performance. It’s all about where you draw the line.

I would say medium-sized is the best (B/C grade).
Follow that by Natural Small - some are built for speed, others comfort.
Fake medium, slightly large.
Natural large.
You have to view it from a longevity standpoint. Those girls with the massive naturals, are going to sag like mad as they get older. I suppose if its one time versus sustained, but I always assume the latter. As such, the fake will remain perky for a long time.
Perky and firm for the win. I don’t do sloppy. I’ve seen some pretty gross giant mam’s. And as long as the nipples are f’d up in some way - giant areolas (sp?), stevie wonders, etc., I’m a happy camper. Its about appearance more than size, but that’s just me.

All AAS are PEDS, but not all PEDs are AAS.
For example, HGH is a PED, but is not an AAS. Coffee is a PED, but not an AAS.
