I’ll go ahead and echo what you just said - for most people, myself included and I will say a MAJORITY of the people here on T-Nation that have stuck around, we have ALWAYS been interested in health and working out. For me, it started at 12. Regardless of a girl or a guy, the only people that become T-men or T-vixens, like she is, is people that have always had some interest in it, and thats especially true for a girl.

People sadly, dont change much. Habits and lifestyle are usually ingrained. Norskgoddess was probably always a T-vixen to a degree, she just needed the right advise/direction. Give the same thing to 50 other girls, most of them wouldnt stick to it.

Men, you can’t change a women. You MUST learn this NOW. You cannot change your girl. You can not turn your couch potato into a T-vixen. The only way to get a T-vixen is to already meet a girl with some interest in health/working out, steer her in the right direction and she will follow.

Yes, there are exceptions to every rule, but they are VERY rare.

Congrats on being a lucky man, and congrats, “Goddess,” on having a great guy who loves and appreciates you so much!

Thank you! I’m very lucky – though I’m embarassed as hell that he started this thread. He didn’t even tell me – I just logged on and saw it. Eeek!

However, it seems like he started it because he wanted all the guys to brag on their Tvixens like he’s bragged on his.

Sooo, either there are FAR too little vixens in this world, or you guys just don’t want to talk about them… which one is it?

agreed…trying to change anyone is a waste of my time…if they want something bad enough they’ll do it themselves…

when I met my wife she worked out more than I did…I never have to talk her into working out…she does that on her own…
