yoke bar box squat 60 x 10, 150 x 5, 240 x 3, 330 x 3 x 3

once again just working on form and stengthening weaknesses. first rep w 330 was almost a side lunge onto my stronger right leg. the remaining reps were focused on correcting that. I have a long window right now where I can correct these items slowly and come back stronger and healthier
