My supply of HOT-ROX is running low, it costs about £40 / $60 here in the UK. I mainly use it to kick me out of bed in the morning and to get me through the afternoons. My diet is 90% clean so I am seeing it’s burning effects. However my budget as a student is quite limited. I was thinking of making my own supplement.
It would go along the lines of
-caffeine powder
-l-leucine
-green tea extract
-l-glutamine
-beta alanine
Although the initial costs will be over £40 including 0.01g scales the minimum amount of servings before the combination runs out is about 250. Also over time the costs will come down due to bulk.
