Very strict, dead hang, get nice stretch in lats, and hold at top with whatever weight listed (bw= body weight 5= bw+5 pounds, 10= bw+10 pounds, ect). I however am a monster with weighted non strict pull ups, I’ll get a video up some time of me doing weighted pull ups.

My family’s water purifier has been putting salt in the water all day, and I’ve been having copious amounts of diarrhea. I didn’t think it was worth the risk to go do some sprints while being very dehydrated.
