Exactly what it says. Three 1200 feet sprints. It is a violent death by lactic acid.

You be crazy wit dem sprints! Whats your weight around now? I’m getting around 144-45 now.

High 150’s/ 160 pounds. I haven’t weighed myself recently in the morning, but had been weighed in the afternoon at a doctor’s office at 160.

45X5
95X5
115X5
135X5
165X5
185X3

210X1
220X1 a bit hard, stopped here since my spotter (my dad) has a bad knee that was bothering him a lot, and didn’t want to miss any lifts

Making good progress. Already past my goal weight. I’d like to be a fairly lean 155 by mid November. Thats when my next powerlifting meet is.

DE low bar medium stance squat 230X2 for 10 sets, 45 second rest absolutely dominated this

DE sumo pulls
265X1 for 8 sets, 30 second rest

extra wide 3 second low bar 3 second pause squats
225X8 1 and a half minutes rest
225X6
225X5

strict romanian deadlifts lower extremely close/to floor
255X8
255X1
255X3
255X3 accidentally hit the floor on only one side as I was losing grip, and the bar flew out of that hand

suitcase deadlifts
150X3 R 30 second rest
150X3 L
150X1 R
150X1 L

Yesterday: 11X500 feet sprints, it was 95 Fahrenheit outside that day. Aside from that, it was good.

How does your max sumo compare to your conventional? I may find out today if I can stand doing sumo. Last time I gave up because my hands drag on my thighs so much.

My narrow sumo (kinda like ed coan’s stance) is similar to my conventional, maybe 10-15 pounds weaker if at all. My wide sumo (labeled as ultra wide) is a lot weaker though.

DE bench 135X3 for 8 sets, 45 second rest

1.5 wide grip elbows out overhead press
95X7 1 minute rest
95X4
95X4
95X3

strict dead hang chin ups
30X8 1 and a half minutes rest
30X6
30X5

one arm old school T Bar row
120X15 per side
120X10 per side
120X10 per side

shrugs with 3 second hold
205X16
205X9
205X7
205X5

close grip roll back tricep extension, and hammer curls with 3 second eccentric
105X9, 35X12, 45 second rest
105X5, 35X6
105X3, 35X4

I bought two micro minis, two minis, and two light bands. According to elitefts “They normally arrive 24 hours after ordering” so I assume they should get here either during the weekend (lol probably not since it’s not a work day), or on Monday ready for my DE day.

165X12
165X12

I agree. They will be useful for quite a few purposes.

3X1200
3-4X500 feet sprints

I am not sure whether, or not I did three, or four. I felt like hell, and struggled to get any food in afterwards. I guess I should tell myself “Welcome to summer, the part of the year when conditioning is hellish work.”.
