Just as a starting point, read the link. If the events in Waco don’t make your blood boil, there’s something wrong with you.

Another overzealous cop,If he really did’nt belong on the raid it makes you wonder what other kind of shit he has pulled on people. In my area the cops were chasing a young black kid for a traffic violation.the kid was out of his car running across a bridge over the river, when a young cop got involved in the foot chase he didnt know there was a split in the bridge, jumped over a wall and fell to his death. They charged the kid as if he actually killed the cop,and say he will never get out of prison.

Only if you are driving a nice car. Or a crappy car. Or an average car. Or riding a bike. You might be OK on a motorcycle with a full face helmet, long pants, long sleeves and gloves though.

This is the kind of shit that makes reasonable people afraid of the Patriot Act. They are afraid any expansion of government powers will be abused.

That sounds like a felony-murder rule prosecution – but there’s supposed to be a foreseeability standard to it. Depending on the state, the foreseeability standard is sometimes essentially read out because they don’t make it reasonably foreseeable.
