The funny thing is that for punching another player ala Seymoure, Andre Johnson, and Finnegan you get a $25,00 dollar fine. For an actual football play, if your helmet inadvertantly hits another player in the wrong part of the body, its anywhere from $50,000 to $75,000.
Why not just send a second string DE out and have him beat the shit out of the other team’s QB and take the ejection/ $25,000 dollar fine? Why risk the league’s interpretation of what is or isn’t a legal hit if you don’t need to in God-el’s new NFL?

funny how everyone blames the girl, granted she was underage in a bar and obviously drunk. Funny how all the idiots in PGH and reporter personalities defend this fool. The reporters obviously defend him so that they can still get interviews with him. I find it funny that the video recording system the bar had in place was surprisingly erased by an employee or cleaning crew member.
This is both for the bars sake as they were serving minors, big asshole’s sake as he was contributing to a minor. Obviously if he did assault her in any manner the video evidence is gone by this circumstance. Funny how that happened. The DA said that he did not have enough evidence to proceed with charges. This can mean many things.
This does not simply mean that it did not happen it just may mean that there was not enough for them to arraign him on charges. It may mean he got away with it.
The girl did not want to pursue charges… I would not be surprised if he paid big money to get her and the family to forget about it.

I don’t get why all the love for this idiot. They go on and on about he has won 2 surperbowls… Last time I checked it took 52 team members to win.
