In all seriousness, I’d wager that probably well over 80% of the women in my gym who DO actually lift weights, spend their full workout ONLY training their ass…with their legs sort of a byproduct of training. They ALL love that hip thrust machine where they can load weight plates on it, then sit down in it and push their hips upwards. Or, if that device is busy, those idiots take movable benches over to the smith machines, then put a pad, or their towel, around the middle of the bar, then hanging off the bench, with the bar across their pelvis, do the same movement, pushing the bar/weight upwards with their ass.
Then they will do either stationary or walking lunges with the little dumbbells. They might also do those romanian split squats one leg at a time off of a stationary bench. Toss in some stiff leg deadlifts, inner/outer thigh, and BOOM! there’s their workout for M-W-F-Sun!
Arms? Back? Shoulders? Pssssshhhh, who trains those dumb muscles? All that’s important is having a huge ass…lol, its the craziest shit.
