update for the week I am down to 198. Shelby has me keeping everything the same for the week. Once thing I find interesting about my weekly weigh ins are from wed-fri I might drop 1-1.5 lbs, then sat ill go down another 1lb then sun/mon ill go down 2-2.5 lbs. Well off to the doctors, i’m going to try and get a blood draw scheduled.

35 mins cardio- a cluster fuck of cardio, a monsoon was coming in and the gym lost power a couple of times so i did 10 mins on the treadmill followed by 25 on the stationary bike. Issue with the stationary bike was I couldn’t maintain a decent heart rate.
Back/legs/cardio maybe…Just got my blood work done, I should hear back within the next couple days. I don’t think I am cut out for this whole fasting thing. I went 12 hrs without food and all I have been doing for the past couple hours is fantasizing about food

I keep telling myself everyday just go for a swim then lay by the pool, but somehow it never pans out. My July resolution is to get some color on my body by the end of the month.

Crap workout, who would of thought back to back days of 40 carbs total working out both days and running one of them, then coming in the next day with 40 carbs in your body would your workout suck.
Delts- did like 8 sets total of random lat raise stuff, everything super low weight.
20 mins jog/run/walk
shit tastic week, strength is down 5-10 lbs on most pressing movements. Endurance is up, but that would be assumed when you weigh 20lbs less, but strength and motivation is wayyyyyyyyyyy down. Hopefully this week i’ll be getting my cheat meal this week!
Tomorrow is my official weigh in, today i weighed in at 194.5 that would put me at 3.5lbs drop for this week and 20.5 lbs dropped since 6/01.
No cheat meal this week, dammit! Maybe next week, but I weighed in at 194 so that was a 4 lb drop for the week. We’re keeping everything the same this week, I am hoping to hit 190 buy next weigh in.
