Weight is still dropping, talked to Shelby today and he is having me drop some carbs each day. I’m hoping I have another 1-2 weeks of steady 1.5 lb/wk drop before it starts getting tough.

My squats are down a little bit, but I assume most of that is from doing no cardio to doing cardio 5-6 times a week.
Everything else is holding up nicely, I feel I owe a lot of that to Shelby’s diet. I am eating completely different from what I was eating before. This set up has me eating about 500-600 calories less per day than what I was used to, but I have so much more energy and strength that I had before.

Could be brothers, moved from Seattle to Tucson about 3 years ago to go to the U of A. Still living in Tucson, but trying to move to the Phoenix area within the next yr. What about you, where you living

Just order a new preworkout supplement, it’ll be a lot cheaper than my 4-5 rockstars a week habit
weight has been around 206-206.5, still feeling great.
played basketball yesterday, just shot around at the park by my house it was my first time shooting a basketball in 4-5 years. I really missed it, I think im going to shoot around for a couple weeks get my legs under me and maybe start getting into some pick up games.

Sweet. I’m in Gilbert. Seems like everyone that says they’re from AZ on here, are in Tucson or Flagstaff.

- nothing real special here, just in and out. Then did a 5-6 mph jog for 35 mins. I was hoping to go for a swim before work, but its already 103 at my house, so f that.

today is a low day, I find my workouts are usually a little more fast paced, endurance is improved when I’m working out with only 20g carbs in me instead of my medium days.
Suns out Gunz out- workout schedule got a little screwed up last week so i’m doing arms for the 2nd time in 3-4 days. Tomorrow is progress photos day, ill try to take a pic with some better lighting so it will look like i actually have some muscle on me.
