Does anyone else think the Boltons are on to bigger and better things, maybe the new Kings of the North or possibly westeros. With Tywin and Kevan Lannister dead it looks like Cercei is back on the iron throne, and given her track record of fucking up the seven kingdoms in record time i doubt she can hold on much longer. Now that her and jaime are no longer keeping it in the family, she might be willing to marry Roose or Ramsay Bolton to keep the north in line and end up like lady Hornwood.
Besides Melissandre foretold a man with a crown being engulfed in fire and, somehow i dont see Stannis ever wearing one.
