trying to balance health with muscle seems confusing at times "to me". so here are a few things i've decided to do:
no Surge–mentally kill myself when i know i’m consuming all that sugar.will put those calories towards a tasty p/w meal and will consume some whey isolate before my 5 a.m. w/o.
no protien bars–some ingredients make me feel uncomfortable.
no tribulus–too much contreversy.
REZ-V–taking, not sure yet.
BCAA’s–yes
creatine–yes
omega’s–yes
glutamine–yes
whey–yes (isolate pre and post w/o and casein other times)
ZMA–yes
multi–yes (quality counts)
greens plus–caps as taking the powder is—
water and food ++++
PN–too busy for me, will pare some nuggets but i have others that work well, easier to follow. also not well written-- easy guys, IMO–only, not looking to stir the pot.
as i’m 59, sure my goals are kinda different than most on this fine site.
will continue to read all the fine posts and continue learning.
