A Different Breed of Killer

I’m still doing my thing, but I won’t be logging much. I don’t see any real point.

Still blasting, but coming close to finishing. This was good, but considering much of it was h-brewed and not certified legit, it could’ve been much better. The cruise will be about 12 or so weeks.

I also discovered that leg extensions ONLY is the optimal way for me to pre-fatigue prior to squats. I’m hammie dominant so I need help feeling them work.

Today I did 415 x 2, 365 x 5, and 335 x 8, all with elevated heels and a2g. That was good.

Learning the hip hinge is going well for deadlifting. My lower back feels much healthier and that I’m “pulling” correctly. Still using baby weights (465 x 3, 425 x 5,) but I’m also using new straps that are not as long and therefore much more grip-dependent.

I can’t wait to see how the hinge helps long-term. Bio mechanically I’m built to DL. Next blast when I hop on legit shit it’s gonna get nasty.
