Well, this log had certainly morphed into a darker territory over the last week or so. Some things that have come to light,
1.) This last weekend I accidentally drank a lot of water that had a boil advisor for it (I was not aware.) It’s now Thursday and I’m just now rebounding I think.
2.) Yesterday I also started to grasp how much the T-God has been completely screwing with my mentality. No, weird relationship stuff didn’t help but now that that’s over I can be much more objective and cognizant of my actions and how I’m responding to various things. I’m even going to send an apology to the girl today (not expecting anything from it) just to apologize for only being able to offer and extremely paranoid, crazy and irrational version of myself. But yeah, the warnings about the compound are real. On that note —
3.) Sounds like my estrogen has been WAAAAY too low, and that’s been my other big thing. Talking with some experienced fellas last night, I chimed in that these were the exact symptoms I was experiencing (which I actually found from someone else online, but every one checks out:)
- Zero Libido
- Clicking and achy joints
- Obsessive thoughts at times (about random and trivial things)
- Shrinkage of the junk. Loss of a good 2 inches when soft and general inability to get hard past 60-70% tops. Can’t come close busting.
- Unable to get a good pump in the gym
- Awful insomnia
- Crazy mood swings and mild depression at times
- Foggy head
And the guys seemed to think this could be a pretty clear sign of too low of E. I’m dropping it for now, and going to see how that combined with the added (doubled) T dose does for me coming up here. I do absolutely have Nlv on hand, just in case.
So, that being said, I called in sick yesterday, slept a lot intermittently and woke up at like 2 am… stomach was holding up so I figured I might as well truck into the gym and give 'er a go… I know I’m supposed to be on a fixed split but gosh, I sure do better when going more instinctively. I fucking destroyed that workout. Pump wasn’t quite as good as it’ll be but it hurt. Rear delts were insane. Really feel excellent today.
Side note - I’m going to take a little time to make sure both of my heads are 100% right, but I think I just need to manwhore when I get back to where I need to be. There’s this exotic thing in my gym who I share frequent eye contact and smiles with and when I’m right I am going to make it a point to absolutely destroy her.
