It is a common complaint from the right that the stimulus introduced by Obama will not be spent until 2012, and they say that is too late. Tax breaks right now is what was needed!
Now you come forward and state it has been spent already.
Which is it?
One more thing, Obama is responsible for 10% of the current national debt. Bush is responsible for the other 90%.
I like how you attack them and not the message. Oh and by the way, the march on Washington was huge. I will have the official number Monday. But if what I have been hearing is true then I fully expect you to attack them a hell of a lot more.
You sure are a dumb one. Almost 2 trillion added this year. How long did it take bush to add that?
Stimulus money has been spent, and it has done nothing except made the problem worse. There is much more to be spent.

It is always interesting to see that when people’s beliefs are factually proven wrong, the name calling begins.

Mr. Obamaâ??s main contribution to the deficit is his extension of several Bush policies, like the Iraq war and tax cuts for households making less than $250,000. Such policies â?? together with the Wall Street bailout, which was signed by Mr. Bush and supported by Mr. Obama â?? account for 20 percent of the swing.
OK…so above are extended BUSH policies…not Obama.
About 7 percent comes from the stimulus bill that Mr. Obama signed in February. And only 3 percent comes from Mr. Obamaâ??s agenda on health care, education, energy and other areas.
So…why again are you, and them protesting now if it is non partisan and not racial?

They have no message. I have tried to understand the message, but there is obviously no single unified message. see my previous post on this matter.

I’ve been wondering about this too. Obama has barely one year under his belt and OH LORDY LORDY HE’S GONE DUN RUINED THE COUNTRY!!
Because a light shone out of GWB’s every orifice, you can’t forget this.

If Obama okay’d them he inherited them. Obama is spending like a drunken sailor, instead of putting the breaks on he pushed on the gas. What happens next is as much his fault as it is Bush’s.
They have a very simple message, follow the Constitution. So unless you are disagreeing with the Constitution I don’t see how you can ignore there message.
And again the only person who see’s race is you. I think that says a lot about you.

most of the people that i have talked too, started getting mad about 2 maybe 3 years ago, and it was at bush but they did not quite know what too do about it. so most them just stewed a lot. Now they simply see president Obama as having all the things they hated about bush x10. The biggest of which is spending, increased government control, and in particular increased executive branch control. And I have to agree with them on all of that.
Obama’s own spending estimates put him at almost 3x the spending pace of “w”. And “w” was the biggest spender in american history.
“W” had the most number of czars in american history and people like robert byrd shone a light on how that ruins the check and balance system. Then Obama comes in and puts in even more than “w”. Plus things the Obama has down the pike such as health care and card check are only going to make this situation even worst and they are not things that can be undone once they go through.
obama’s also doing or trying to do other things that “w” never could have gotten away with like using acorn in the census, putting axelrod in control of the census, control messages over the airwaves, asking for executive powers over the internet, and using the National Endowment for the Arts to push his agenda. All of which really cross a line.
Having said all that, i do agree that the 912’ers dont seem to have a unified message. And they need to do more to weed out the truly insane signs. The press wont and hasnt been as kind to them, as they are to the left protesters and they need to recognize that. but give them time, the 912’ers are new, and more than that their members are new at this. But that is why i cant say i really understand what they are about. its primarily because i am not sure they completely know what they are about.
oh and this is not an argument that the left has a unified message. they have anything but. as a former lefty who was out there wavin signs while trippin my balls off and tokin on rollers with everyone else out there, I can honestly say that the lefty protesters have the market cornered in looneville. its just that the press is far more kind to the left protesters. they baby them to get there message out there, and they go out of there way to find the few that are sober and informed enough to articulate the message.
If you ask a teabagger why they are protesting, they cannot give you a solid reason.
Here’s the list of Republican obsessions since President Obama took office:
that his birth certificate is supposedly fake
he uses a teleprompter too much
he bowed to a Saudi guy
Europeans like him
he gives inappropriate gifts
his wife shamelessly flaunts her upper arms
he shook hands with Hugo Chavez and slipped him the nuclear launch codes
he eats his hamburgers with Dijon mustard
These right white people were not protesting a few months ago when 99% of the current national debt was racked up.
This is about a black man in office. Plain and simple.

The Republicans claim that Obama is Hitler is using Hitlerâ??s tactics of fear. That is why he is a Kenyan, Socialist, Nazi and any other negative connotation you can conjure. FEAR

This is your standard answer to just about everything How you attack the messenger and not the message. Because some times the messenger is an idiot and just because he is a vet means only he served in the military. He can still be an idiot.
