I had some weak moments, just from being pissed off. It has absolutely nothing to do with the caloric deficit. You have 275 x 1 with how easy those reps were. Get you head right!!! Mind over matter Nikki, biggest part of hitting PRs is knowing you can do it before the lift. Don’t ever doubt yourself, I’ve been there and done it, get angry and pull some big ass PRs!!!

Your rows didn’t look too bad to me, either, but I know what you mean about using your back to help near the end… Something I struggle with, too. Actually, that is why I moved to inverted rows (been having a little lumbar spine aching lately). Don’t know that they hit the back the same, though. Nice work!

I really hate benching in the power rack, it’s lopsided. So the reps look weird.
I also have to get rid of my fear with benching, so the reps weren’t full ROM as they should have been. But I felt like I still had more in me, so that’s a good sign.

Oh, and on the staring. I’ve managed to change my attitude about it from it making me uncomfortable to finding it really amusing. Almost to the point where if I do have the weight room to myself, I miss the entertainment.
So, if there is any way to do an attitude adjustment, I’d recommend it.

When I go for a 5 rep max…I tell myself mentally I am getting 10 reps. I know I won’t but it keeps me from failing myself.
You got a good bench. Not many chicks slinging around 135…I’ve honestly never seen a girl at the gym bench 135 in person.
Thinking about it I don’t think I’ve ever seen a girl benching at my gym hmmm.
