DELETED WHOLE RANT, the comments and PMs seem to be misinterpreted, thinking that I am offended. I’m not, I brought this up for other reasons but I am grateful for the love regardless the causes.

Today was an average shoulders and arms day. One of those days where you can’t be too greedy.
I went earlier to the gym but there was not even a place to park, and even if there was, I wasn’t looking forward to training with that many people. So I tanned for about an hour and a half (heaven) then hit the gym. I didn’t eat anything since 9 or something but it didn’t hurt the workout too much.

But oh boy, did that 105 fly up! It was so easy, kinda made it hard to believe that 115 was a struggle.

Those pullups, awesome! I was given the advice in my log when I stalled on the MP to change it in to a push press just to get it up and break the mental and physical barrier in some respect, maybe it will work for you?

I really wanna squat though, I was going to this morning but I slept in and decided to rest my back another day. Then I say Mainie’s vids and that got me pumped up for squats. But it’s okay, the iron will be there tomorrow… taps foot impatiently
I also bought knee wraps today. Not so much to help with my squat, but for vanity. Mainie looked hot in hers and I want to too lol
I wrapped one of my knees in the store. I did it well, I lost all circulation. Sadly my whole right side was going numb though and the other customers watched as I struggled and cursed to get it off.
