The complexes were awesome. It’s like the complexes of the 21st century. Only because you’re not holding the same bar for 10 exercises. I feel whooped right now and I want to sleep, only because nutrition was bad today. I wasn’t planning to go to the gym.
Just throwing this out there, but I would want nothing more than to find a girl who could come to the gym to deadlift with me and actually WANT to be there to set PRs. Don’t get down because of the hater girls who don’t have the guts to touch weights in fear of “getting BIG”, or the guys who are ashamed of themselves because you are outworking them ![]()

gym creeper sounds… creepy. don’t know what it is about some guys that they just look creepy. don’t think it is their attractiveness lol. something about the look… i get kinda triggered / creeped out sometimes, too. doesn’t feel nice.

So…apparently I dont pay enough attention to the drama, cause I dont have a clue what anybody is talkin bout. What I do know is that my friend Nikki is continuing to improve herself physically and it seems mentally.

Haha Kris, I think that guy had to suffer for the recent drama. But it felt good to assert myself. I forget that as a woman in the gym, you have to talk as tough as the guys. Doesn’t matter if you lift as much as them if you’re soft spoken. They’ll still try to walk all over you.
