dont recall. just did a search for 2008 car sales by manufacurer. A couple of sites had pretty much the same numbers. Depending on what month they went trough.

The last I heard, Toyota had dethroned GM as the largest auto manufacturer, not bad for a company that was not even known in America 50 years ago
