You believe in spot reduction and l-arginine supplementation.

this may have been mentioned and i remember you back from when you first joined. but what exactly happened when you got shot? either way your looking a lot better then when you started. as always your great arms overshadow the rest of you, gave you a 6.

Aboslutely do not know what you are talking about in regards to spot reduction. YOu loose bodyfat as a whole, and if you see my pics i could care less about spot reduction.
L-arginine may be ineffective, but I enjoy preworkout drinks for the creatine and the caffeine. Makes me revved to workout.
I get all my nutrition information from the fat loss nutrition programs from Flex magazine and Muscle and fitness. Are they really ignorant?

My ignorance took me from a 145 lb cross country runner to 190lbs. Ignorant or not, i am happy with these results. Jumping into a forum and pointing the “ignorant finger” is not going to help me achieve my goals. Good thing there are others on here to steer me in the right direction.

God damn arms. I quit training my biceps a year ago, still train triceps once a week on back day, and with higher reps too. I do feel my chest is def. lagging, as well as my sorry delts.
I was robbed at gunpoint about this time last year by three ‘hood niggas.’ It is a bad area, and i was out getting a water at a gas station. They told me to provide a wallet, none brandishing a gun in hand. After saying that I couldnt give it over, then three guns were drawn. Would have given my wallet up then, but i didnt get a second chance. The dumbasses ran away leaving thier old beater (84 camaro) and i the policia ran thier liscense plates. They are in the slammer, but i have some weird nasty looking scars.
well your lucky to be alive but i am glad you are. when you say you “couldn’t” give your wallet over what exactly do you mean?
It had my social security, my insurance cards, and about 100 dollars. If i knew they were strapped, I would have gladly given up the wallet. Yes, it is awesome to still be alive!

Yes of course. Probably crack feinds who were fresh out of money. Caught thier plate number and two are serving time. One 8 years, the other 6. The other guy got away i guess. Wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. And they wouldnt have beat the fuck out of me. The tallest one was about 5’6" and the heaviest was probably 125, according to the police report. They were 18 year old really little waynes.
